Established in 1992, shortly after the Albanians opened their borders to the outside world. The New Beginnings Children's Home seeks to provide a loving caring family environment for children who might otherwise be confined to state orphanages. In 2000 a team from the church visited the home to help with some building maintenance, we plan to go back this summer to help out when the staff have their holidays.
